Welcome to bodymechanicsbydrill.com! I am excited to finally hit the “launch” button! After 25 years in the fitness business + marriage and 3 children, it feels like the right time in my life and work to share what I have learned along the way. I love being a mom, a wife, spending time with my siblings, my parents and my expanded family of friends and clients. I am blessed beyond words. I also look forward to having more free time as my children gain independence, go off to high school and college and grow their own lives. As they get older though so do I. While I embrace and actively welcome the positives, I want to challenge the physical aging process. So many individuals let the physical changes just happen then suddenly their quality of life is compromised. I am hoping that content I share inspires you to challenge some of these changes and work to retain and possibly improve your quality of life through regular exercise and other positive choices related to your wellness.
